**Individual bookings can ONLY be booked if you're part of our monthly membership, reside in one of the condos we service, and if you have a gift certificate (must be $250.00 minimum)

 **14 Day MINIMUM Advance Booking for any Group Event(s)**

**Parties booked two weeks or less in advance will be charged an additional $250-500 depending on the size and location of your party. 

​

Please add parking/valet fee to your total. 

​

*TRAVEL FEE MAY APPLY! To select areas (Miami, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Parkland, West Palm Beach County) 

 

Reservations

All spa parties require a $1,500 minimum in order to reserve a booking. 

​

We REQUIRE a 50% deposit to secure all spa party reservations. FULL BALANCE is due before we come out to service any party or individual(s).

 

Please be advised, that due to limited availability, we highly recommend that you reserve in advance.

  • For nail services 2-3 day advance booking

  • For skincare 2-3 day advance booking 

  • For massage 48 hours advance booking

​

**All spa parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance. 

 

COVID-19 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS  

​

Health & Safety has never been more important and we are taking extreme measures to ensure we are doing our part to eliminate the spread of COVID-19. Safety, health, and wellness is our top priority as we re-enter clients homes. We have a strict new set of requirements for our Mobile Spa Professionals and clients . 

​

To help keep everyone healthy and safe we now require the following: 

​

  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Both clients and beauty professionals are required to wear a protective face covering during the service. Beauty pros will arrive with their own PPE, including a mask or face covering multiple pairs of gloves and disposable apron. If the client does not have a mask, we will ask them to cancel and reschedule their appointment.  

  • New protocols for Beauty Pros before, during and after the appointment: We have set NEW PROTOCOLS for our Spa Professionals that ALL must follow to ensure a seamlessly safe experience.

Cancellations

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance of the planned service time to avoid a forfeiting full payment.  Cancellation fee applies to last minute cancellations. 

 

**To ensure the health and safety of both our clients and Beauty Professionals, if you are feeling ill please cancel/reschedule your appointment. Your service will be CREDITED, and may be used at a later date and up to five years. No notice is required and the cancelation fee will be waved. Similarly, we are requiring pros and clients alike to wear proper PPE during all appointments. If a client does not have a mask and/or if a pro arrives without the proper required PPE, the service will be cancelled.

Changes

Any changes MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation/spa party. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.  

​

Gratuities

Pricing does not include gratuity. However, if you are satisfied with your experience you can tip your pampering specialist directly. 

​

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 16 years of age to receive our services, or accompanied by an adult.

 

Payment Methods

Traveling Aura Mobile Spa  accepts Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover,  and our own gift certificates.

​

Bookings can ONLY be paid with one credit card, you MUST be the authorized card user. We may require identification to ensure you are the card holder. 

​

**REFUNDS

Traveling Aura currently only provides credits. 

​

Gift Certificates â€‹

All gift certificates require a $250.00 minimum to purchase and to book an experience.

Important Note

Our spa professionals will refuse services if any of the following apply:

​

  • Over consumption of alcohol and/or other substances

  • Broken skin and/or lesions

  • Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation

  • Misconduct, including but not limited to, sexual advances, solicitation, and/or suggestive comments.

  • Please note… Refunds will absolutely NOT be issued, if a service is refused or discontinued due to misconduct for any reasons that are not as a result of the Mobile Spa Staff.
